Anti Aging with Sasha - Does HGH help with antiaging?

Human growth hormone treatment

Would you like to restore your homones to their youthful levels?

Artificial human growth hormone has been around since 1985 and HGH therapy has been approved by the FDA for treating growth hormone deficiencies. Since then, various HGH products have appeared on the market, including sprays, HGH supplements (injections and pills) HGH releasers or secretagogues and homeopathic HGH. It is also the most popular hormone use for anti aging. This does not mean it is any good - or that, even if it is, its benefits are worth the risks and side effects. There are some serious side effects associated with the use of HGH, not least of which is diabetes. Is a slight reduction in fat and slight increase in lean body mass really worth that?

(If you want to find out about real anti-aging medicine, try a calorie restricted diet. Its not the easy answer most people want to hear, but it works and its free. It really does slow down ageing. For other antiaging tips that actually work click here.)

Growth hormone does have some potential as an anti aging medicine and a few studies have shown it can improve althletic performance, but the evidence is far from compelling. In one study mice deficient in growth hormone even lived longer.

Despite all of this, human growth hormone has achieved quite a reputation among athletes, although it is hard to see how this could be.
