Sun block
The main secret to looking young all your life, is below. A liberal supply of this product spread on your face, throat, upper chest and hands, will save you a fortune in skin rejuvenation over the years. Cut out sugar, don't get stressed, have some Aquamid when your face loses it roundness, and wear a sunblock at all times - you will be 70 before you want a facelift.
Which type of sunblock is best?
There are hundreds of sunscreen products with different UV absorbing chemicals in various concentrations. Substances used to absorb UVB and UVA include paraaminobenzoic acid-related products, salicylates, cinnamates, benzophenones, zinc oxide, and titanium oxide.
There is, however, a best type of sunblock and a worst type of sunblock.
Almost all sunscreen products contain a mixture of one or more UVB absorbing chemicals, but you want one with Titanium Dioxide or Zinc Oxide. Micronized (very tiny little particle) versions are better because they don't leave you looking white as a ghost, but non-micronized work just as well. Use the highest factor you can find.
You don't want 'invisible' or 'clear' sunblocks! They break down into dangerous free radicals on your skin after an hour in the sunshine. Free radicals cause cellular damage and create the very wrinkles you were planning to avoid.
